Drivers warned of malfunctioning traffic lights along a portion of Highway 50 in Pueblo

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo Police Department is warning drivers Wednesday about traffic lights malfunctioning along a portion of Highway 50.

According to police, the lights are malfunctioning on the Highway 50 bypass from Norwood Ave. to Troy Ave.

Police are asking drivers to treat malfunctioning traffic lights as a four-way stop. If it's flashing red, everyone should stop. If it's flashing yellow, people are asked to slow down and proceed with caution.

The PPD announced this malfunction just before 11:40 a.m.
