Pueblo Police search for man wanted for 1st Degree Murder, possibly in Kansas

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo Police Department is searching for a suspect wanted for the death of a 33-year-old woman.

According to police, 33-year-old Tyler Mitchell has a warrant for the crime of 1st Degree Murder. The warrant was issued Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

Mitchell is described as a white man, 5'08", and 140 lbs. He has a large tattoo on his left forearm that says "Est. 1989." According to police, his right arm is deformed and he usually keeps it in a shoulder sling.

Police say he's seen frequently on the north side of Pueblo. PPD told 13 Investigates that Mitchell has known ties to Valley Center, Kan.
