Avalanche claim third win in Stanley Cup Final

TAMPA, Fl., (KRDO) -- In an overtime, nail-biter finish, the Colorado Avalanche have claimed a third win in the quest for the Stanley Cup, Wednesday night.

The final score was 3-2, in a goal that slipped under the arm of Andrei Vasilevskiy, the goalie for the Tampa Bay Lightning, the puck lodging in between the post and netting.

The Avs now lead the best-of-seven series, 3-1 against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

They are one win away from winning the Stanley Cup.

Game 5 is at Ball Arena in Denver on Friday.
