Colorado Springs Police search for two suspects in armed robbery

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department is searching for suspects in an armed robbery that happened at a business off Airport Road.

Thursday at 10:28 p.m., CSPD was notified of a robbery with a weapon at a business in the 3900 block of Airport Road.

According to police, two suspects entered the business and held an employee at gunpoint while taking money from the register.

Police say both suspects fled the scene before officers arrived.

CSPD says both suspects are described as possible Hispanic males in their late teens or early 20s. One suspect appeared to have a tattoo above his right eye that is possibly a script tattoo.
