Fiesta Friday Food Truck Event at Civic Center Park in Pueblo West
PUEBLO WEST, Colo. (KRDO) -- Friday, the Pueblo West Metropolitan District is hosting the first First Fiesta Friday Food Truck.
The community is invited to come out and enjoy several food trucks offering a variety of dishes.
“We saw a need to bring together multiple food trucks in Pueblo West,” said Marcos Reyes, neighborhood services officer, in a press release. “Working together with multiple departments, we coordinated a community event to really get a taste of Pueblo West.”
The Fiesta Friday Food Truck Event begins at 5 p.m. and lasts until 9 p.m. at Civic Center Park. Parking is available at the lot across from the Pueblo County Sheriff's station. Entry into the event is free.
Metro officials say everyone is welcome to come out, bring a picnic, or outdoor seating to enjoy a fun family night.
