Police rescue drowning dog at Pueblo Riverwalk
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A dog is safe thanks to officers with the Pueblo Police Department.
Thursday, officers were dispatched to the Pueblo Riverwalk on reports that a dog was in the water, drowning. Police say Officer L. Morales used a ladder to get to the dog, pulling it to safety.
The department thanked Officer Morales for his rescue.
