Colorado Springs Utilities works to fix hydrant after vehicle crashes into it

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Colorado Springs Utilities spent Thursday fixing a hydrant after a vehicle crashed into it.

According to CSU, the driver lost control of their car and slammed into the hydrant, knocking it over.

CSU said no customers were affected by the crash, and crews quickly arrived on the scene to repair the damage.

CSU confirmed the hydrant will eventually be replaced.
