Pueblo West hosting cleanup event for residents
PUEBLO WEST, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce, Pueblo West Women's League, Pueblo County, and Pueblo West Metropolitan District are offering residents a place to dispose of items without having to go to the dump.
On June 12, Pueblo West residents can pay to dispose of various items they've cleaned up on their property. That includes mattresses, tires, TVs, and branches.
Organizers say this is a great opportunity for residents to clean up their yards or homes before the summer.
Prices are:
- $20 per level truckload
- $10 for mattresses
- $5 per tire
- $25 for glass monitors/glass TVs
- $5 per hard drive destruction with a certificate, free without a certificate
The drop off location is the Pueblo West Metropolitan District Public Works, at 280 E. McCulloch Blvd from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to purchase tickets to participate. To buy a ticket and for more information, click here.
