Around 9:45 p.m., crews began moving the cattle.

After all the surviving cows are loaded onto the second truck, the animals that did not survive will be removed with heavy equipment. After that, crews will begin lifting up the truck and clearing it off the road.

Police say drivers should avoid the area because it will likely be hours before traffic can get through.

This is a developing story. No word on what caused the crash.
