The Colorado Springs Switchbacks open up their new stadium

The Colorado Springs Switchbacks played their first game in their brand new downtown stadium. As the Switchbacks hosted New Mexico United in the new Weidner Field. The Switchbacks would fall by a score of three to one. Air Force graduate Austin Dewing played his final game for his home team, as he will return to Air Force for pilot training.
