Golden Eagle rescued near Cripple Creek
TELLER COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A golden eagle is on the road to recovery after being rescued by Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
According to CPW, a golden eagle was discovered with a bad leg near Cripple Creek Tuesday.

CPW Officer Corey Adler retrieved the animal and brought it to a rehabilitation center in Pueblo.
The golden eagle will stay at the nonprofit Nature and Wildlife Discovery Center's raptor campus.
