Snowy conditions through early afternoon, then clearing and cold

A snowy and rainy Tuesday morning commute, with everything turning to snow later this morning. Snow will taper off quickly this afternoon with clearing skies and cold temperatures overnight.

TODAY: Morning snow gives way to snow showers after 1 pm this afternoon. In Colorado Springs a dusting to a quick inch of snow is possible. From Monument to the north 3" to 4" inches of snow is possible.

TONIGHT: Clearing skies and very cold overnight as lows drop into the upper teens and low-20s by sunrise Wednesday morning.

EXTENDED: Mainly sunny and chilly for Wednesday afternoon with highs in the upper-40s and low-50s. Next chance for snow showers will come later Thanksgiving night and overnight into Friday morning.
