Police looking for bank robbery suspect in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect in a bank robbery.

On the morning of Nov. 17, police say a lone suspect robbed a KeyBank located on the 5725 block of North Academy Boulevard. The suspect did not show or threaten the use of a weapon before demanding money from the bank tellers, according to CSPD.

Security footage shoes the suspect was wearing dark clothing with a yellow face covering and a construction vest.

Anyone with information about the incident or the suspect is asked to call police at 719-444-7000; or if they wish to remain anonymous, they can call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at (719) 634-STOP (7867).
