Fire breaks out at local Colorado Springs hardware store

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to reports of a fire at Beacon Hill Hardware on East Platte Avenue.

Crews responded to reports of a fire coming from the hardware store just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, sending smoke into the downtown area.

CSFD has yet to say what caused the fire and it is currently under investigation.
