In-N-Out plans second location in north Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The first In-N-Out in Colorado Springs hasn't even been built yet, but with the buzz surrounding the fast food chain, it's no surprise that it's filed for a second location.
According to documents filed with the Colorado Springs Planning Commission, In-N-Out is going to take over the space at 2895 New Center Point, which previously was an Outback Steakhouse.
The company is planning on opening its first location at Victory Ridge later this year, but expect giant lines for the animal style fries and double-doubles.
Later in 2021, the company will open the New Center Point location with a new building and patio. While it's a little further south than Victory Ridge, it'll still be a 20-minute trek for In-N-Out aficionados who live in south Colorado Springs.
