COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- It looks like it will be a beautiful day for a fundraiser -- the 'Justice for Gannon Poker Run and Memorial Ride' is set to to start at 10 a.m. in honor of Gannon Stauch.

The event will benefit the family of the 11-year-old.

Gannon's body was found in Florida in March, about a month after his disappearance. Gannon's stepmother, Letecia Stauch, is now accused in his murder.

The run in Gannon's memory will go through different checkpoints, as riders try their hand at poker. That will be followed by a memorial ride through Lorson Ranch -- the last place Gannon was seen alive.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. at Frankie's Bar & Grill off Powers Boulevard and Galley Road. There will be four more stops along the way: O'Malley's in Palmer Lake; Dickey's BBQ off Garden of the Gods; Hot Rod Tattoo off Academy; and Big R off Fontaine Boulevard.

All participants are encouraged to wear blue -- Gannon's favorite color.
