Pueblo Zoo holding online animal art auction
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) — This Mother’s Day you can support the Pueblo Zoo by getting mom a one-of-a-kind gift from her favorite zoo animal.
The zoo is holding an online animal art auction. The auction items include artwork made by the animals with animal themed goodies and hand-curated gift baskets.
All the money from this auction will do directly to the care of animals at the zoo.
You can register for the auction at https://zooart.givesmart.com or by texting zooart to 76278. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the items up for bid.
New premium items will be added to the auction throughout the week, according to the Pueblo Zoo Facebook page.
In addition to the auction items, there is also a “Buy Now” category that doesn’t require bidding.
The auction closes Sunday, May 10th at 5:00 p.m.
