I-70 in Limon

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - I-70 eastbound east of Limon was closed just before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday due to a blown over commercial vehicle.

The highway reopened just after 7 a.m. but a high wind warning continued to be active from Limon to Kansas.

Colorado State Patrol was advising truckers with high profile and empty vehicles not to drive.

Use caution as you travel around Southern Colorado today. Have a firm grip on the steering wheel and use caution with high profile vehicles.
