‘Parker the Snow Dog’ elected honorary mayor of Georgetown

This week, local Colorado celebrity Parker the Snow Dog, received national attention for becoming the new honorary mayor of Georgetown.

Parker is the official mascot of Loveland Ski Resort, an avid Broncos fan and philanthropist for Rocky Mountain Easter Seals.

The town held a meeting Wednesday night to officially swear him in and go over his duties as new honorary mayor.

Congratulations Parker and owner Dustin Schaefer!
