MOFFATT, Colo. (KRDO) - UPDATE: The Colorado Bureau of Investigations say a girl who was reported missing from Saguache County has been found and is safe.

Authorities say Cara Poland, 13, left her home on the 25000 block of Ford Dr. just after 5 p.m. Sunday, and got into a stranger's vehicle. Investigators believe Cara met the driver on a social media or dating app.

Cara is 5'5" and is around 180 pounds. She has short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie, and black or tan shoes or boots.

The driver's vehicle is described as a light-colored Cadillac SUV with unknown rear license plate and no front plate. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation believes Cara and the driver may be headed to Chicago or North Carolina.
