Colorado driver pulled over for only clearing small spot of snow from windshield

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A driver undoubtedly was trying to save time when he decided to only clear a few square feet of snow from his windshield, but he ultimately lost all of the time he saved when he was pulled over in Douglas County.
