Travel Alert: Slick and snowy road conditions in Southern Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Drivers experienced slick and snow-packed roads Friday morning.

Despite the adverse weather, there were no accidents on the roadways in Southern Colorado during the early morning hours.

The City of Colorado Springs was placed on accident alert status Thursday evening and that continued into Friday morning.

The City of Fountain was also placed on accident alert status.
