COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The three women who were arrested after 26 children were found hidden in a daycare basement were scheduled for court Thursday.

Lawyers for the owner of Play Mountain Place, Carla Faith, and one of her employees, Katelynn Nelson, waived their reading and advisement today.

Faith and Nelson showed up, but another employee, Christina Swauger, was not seen at the courthouse Thursday morning for her advisement.

We're told Faith’s lawyers were able to sneak her out the back of the courtroom to avoid cameras after, however, KRDO was able to capture footage of Nelson leaving the courtroom.

The three are scheduled to go back to court on January 8.
