First baby of 2020 in southern Colorado born at Army Community Hospital
FORT CARSON, Colo. -- Here in southern Colorado the first baby of the new year was born at Army Community Hospital to proud parents Ellie and Christian Goble.
They welcomed Samuel into 2020 at 12:35 a.m. He’s seven pounds and nine ounces.
The Colorado couple says Samuel was a surprise, since he wasn't due until the 11th of January.
“It was surprising more than anything else... i guess it doesn't sometimes.>
They say Samuel looks like his dad.
