A woman is dead after a serious crash on Colorado 160 when her car collided with a semi-truck tractor and trailer Saturday, said Colorado State Patrol in a release.

The accident occurred at 9:42 p.m. approximately 2 miles west of Blanca in Costilla County. The woman, identified as 57-year-old Sheila Rector, was driving a 2018 black Nissan Altima westbound on Colorado 160 when her car traveled into the eastbound lane.
