In-N-Out Burger submits proposal for second Colorado location

In-N-Out Burger has submitted a proposal to the City of Lone Tree in hopes of building a new restaurant near the Park Meadows Mall.

According to KUSA, the plans call for taking over the space currently occupied by Suds Factory Car Wash & Auto Detailing Center at 9171 East Westview Rd.

The plan states that the construction would be done in a single phase and would take about six months to complete. If the plan is approved, a Lone Tree location could open by Jan. 2021.

In February, contractors for In-N-Out Burger closed on a deal to get two pieces of land in Colorado Springs. The land will house an In-N-Out restaurant, distribution facility and office building.

The restaurant is expected to be at the corner of Interquest and Voyager.

The Colorado Springs location will be the first Colorado In-N-Out location and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2020.
