Colorado Springs non-profit for homeless families with children say their van was stolen

A Colorado Springs non-profit focusing on providing meals and shelter for children of homeless families, reported Monday that their van was stolen sometime Sunday.

Family Promise of Colorado Springs shared on Facebook that their van was stolen in the downtown area between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

They say the vehicle is vital to their ability to shelter families with children at their family shelter.

They described it as an 11-passenger 2005 White Ford E-150 with a Colorado license plate OYV-113.

If you see the van or have information about its location, you can contact CSPD at 719-444-7000.
