Teens attack male with scooter and skateboard in Northglenn

The Northglenn Police Department are investigating an incident Friday after a male was found unconscious with serious injuries, report our partners at KUSA.

At about 7:45 p.m. officers were called to the 500 block of East 120th Avenue for a report of an assault in progress. When police arrived they found a male unconscious on the ground.

A witness told officers that seven to 12 teenage boys chased the victim and surrounded him. According to the witness, the teens then struck the victim with a scooter and skateboard before kicking him repeatedly on the ground.

Police said the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
