Bear tries to break into dumpster at Colorado marijuana dispensary

A surveillance camera filmed a bear attempting to take and open a dumpster at a marijuana dispensary in Lyons.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife Northeast Region posted the video to its Twitter account Tuesday, which shows the bear pulling a large metal trash bin out of an enclosed area. The dumpster is bear resistant and so the would-be thief is ultimately unsuccessful.

Agency spokesman Jason Clay says the bear was captured on video at The Bud Depot in Lyons just before midnight July 17, reported the Associated Press.
