Tonight: Thunderstorms still situated in Eastern Colorado. For most up to date information check in with the national weather service. The biggest concerns with the storms have been wind gusts to 60mph and quarter sized hail. The storms will continue to track east through the remainder of the evening. Severe thunderstorm watches are in effect for most of our Eastern Counties till 10pm. Gradual clearing overnight with temperatures into the high 40’s and low 50’s.

Sunday: Similar to what we experienced today. Morning sunshine with temperatures warming quickly into the mid 70’s with wind gusts to 20mph. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms expected. A few thunderstorms will be severe with potentially damaging hail and winds. If you have afternoon plans outside, make sure to keep an eye on the radar.

Extended: Staying warm throughout the entire week. Temperatures staying in the 70’s and 80’s for SE Colorado. Afternoon convective thunderstorms expected at least through Wednesday.
