Crash shuts down Powers in both directions at North Carefree Saturday night
A two-car crash closed Powers Blvd. late Saturday night.
A car traveling southbound lost control and went into oncoming traffic in the northbound lane, crashing into another vehicle.
There were no fatalities. Three people were transported to the hospital, the driver that caused the crash and the driver and passenger in the other vehicle. Everyone is expected to be okay.
The driver was cited for careless driving resulting in injury. Alcohol and drugs are not suspected in playing a role in the crash.
