Boulder lawyer dies on Mount Everest

A Boulder lawyer died on the descent from the summit of Mount Everest on Monday, according to several reports.

KDVR reports, 61-year-old Christopher Jon Kulish scaled the 29,035-foot peak from the Southeast Ridge but died while descending from the summit.

Kulish is a patent lawyer and the 11th person to die on Everest this year.
