TODAY: Light patchy fog and low clouds are in the forecast for the first part of the morning. Mountain cities and the far eastern plains remain relativley sunny. A few cloud breaks are likely this afternoon, so look for a partly sunny sky with highs in the 50s and 60s. Areas that saw fresh snow will be a lot chillier and will only warm to the 40s and 30s. A stray rain shower or sprinkle is possible during the late afternoon and early evening drive.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with a stray shower. Lows cool to the 30s and 40s tonight.

EXTENDED: Widely scattered rain and rain and snow are likely for Thursday afternoon. Highs durining the daytime will be in the 50s and 60s. The weekend looks sunny and beautiful with temperatures getting back into the 70s and 80s!
