Warm, mainly dry afternoon ahead – 5/16/19
TODAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies are in the forecast today. A couple of sprinkles are possible over the mountains and foothills, but most places stay dry. Highs today will be in the 80s and 90s with 70s in the mountains.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear to partly cloudy with comfortable overnight lows in the 40s and 50s.
EXTENDED: Friday looks windy and dry, so look for areas of elevated fire danger. Friday night into Saturday brings increasing changes for a little rain and even some snowflakes in our mountain cities. This continues through the day on Saturday and will be coming with cooler highs in the 50s and 40s. Snow accumulation is not expected, but it won’t be a great day to enjoy the outdoors!
