Previous story

Patrick Frazee is set to go before a judge Friday morning for an arraignment hearing.

Frazee arrived at the Teller County Courthouse shortly after 7:10 a.m. for his 8:30 a.m. hearing.

Frazee was in court on Thursday for another custody hearing. A judge ruled that Frazee and Kelsey Berreth’s daughter will remain in the custody of Berreth’s parents.

The Woodland Park Police Department gave an update on Thursday saying investigators haven’t found Berreth’s remains at Midway Landfill. This comes after more than a month of searching.

The department says investigators are about “35 to 40% of the way” through a cell at the landfill that was identified as the search area. That area is about 250 feet by 125 feet and is 25 feet deep. Officers say the refuse is compressed, which is slowing down the search.
