UPDATE: CSPD locates missing man

UPDATE: Colorado Springs police gave an update at 11 a.m. saying the man was found and is safe.

Police are searching for a man who was last seen at an assisted living center in the 500 block of S. Rockrimmon Blvd.

Douglas Hinchman had apparently walked away during the night on Wednesday. It was discovered that he was missing at 7:00 a.m. Thursday.

Hinchman suffers from a traumatic brain injury and depression. He is described as a white male, 6’00”, heavy build, blonde hair and is believed to be wearing a brown leather San Francisco ’49s jacket and blue jeans.
