71-year-old woman with dementia reported missing in Colorado Springs

Update: Police found Larnice Williams Tuesday morning. A Colorado Springs resident located Williams in a backyard and called officers.

Colorado Spring police are searching for a missing at-risk woman who suffers from dementia.

Larnice Williams, 71, was reported missing late Monday night and was last seen in the 4600 block of Lasater Trl. Officers say Williams thinks she’s walking home to her parent’s house.

Authorities say she has wandered off multiple times in the last few months and has been located in the area of 4600 Pring Ranch Rd.

Williams is described as a black female, 5’5″, medium build, she was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark brown coat and has rollers in her hair.

Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for Williams in the area of Barnes Rd. and Peterson Rd. and the surrounding neighborhoods.
