Sun and clouds today – 2/21/19

TODAY: A cloud sun mix is in the forecast today. Highs will top off in the mid 30s to low 40s, with low 30s in the higher elevations.

TONIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy skies are in the forecast. A few snowflakes or snow showers are likely west of I-25. Lows will be dropping to the teens and 20s.

EXTENDED: Rain and snow pick up following noon on Friday and push east out over the plains. The evening commute brings the best chances for moderate bursts of snow with showers out east. This changes over to all snow as we move into Saturday morning. This storm is warmer and faster moving so snow totals will be limited to a trace to 3″ around southern Colorado.
