Patrick Frazee served with civil lawsuit

Patrick Frazee was personally served the federal district court case filed against him Friday by the Sanders Law Firm on behalf of the Berreth family.

Frazee now has a certain amount of time to respond to the lawsuit now that it has been formally served.

Frazee is currently facing criminal murder charges in Teller County, but the civil case filed in federal court accuses him of wrongful death, negligence, intentional emotional distress and conspiracy.

KRDO is working to find out if Frazee has council for the federal lawsuit.
