National Signing Day

To land at this moment, Anthony Rosenstrauch faced a tough choice, “I was focused more on basketball because I thought that was going to be what got me into college and stuff, it’s pretty crazy to think that coming back all the hard work is paying off,” says the Air Force bound, Rosenstrauch.

Following his heart, Anthony is now headed to the Air Force Academy to play football, “I’ve wanted to serve for a long time, it’s just a brotherhood like nothing else – like something you find here at Palmer Ridge,” says Rosenstrauch.

Two of his Palmer Ridge brothers committed to each other before choosing a school, “Me and my best friend always wanted to go to college together and when he started recruiting us together and how hard he pushed for us it seemed right and it was a really good fit for me,” says Jake Dillion.

Jake Dillon and Colton Dill were a package deal, all they needed was someone to believe in them, “A lot of people doubt me because of my size and CSU Pueblo is giving me the opportunity to succeed and they believe in me,” says Colton Dill.

Nate Mesa from Harrison high school went through his own transformation before earning a football scholarship at South Dakota School of Mines, “Me and my mom didn’t really think it would happen. I was one of the biggest, one of the slowest, I guess you could say I was soft. I’m just blessed I had the opportunity to improve as much as I did,” says Mesa.

Family means everything to Devon Washington, Colorado State saw his potential and inked him to run track for the Rams, “You gotta have your why. Why as to why you’re doing any of this. That’s really what kept me pushing through everything. My why was one day so my mom wouldn’t struggle. One day we’d be taken care of and not have to worry about another bill,” says Washington.
