Nick’s Saturday Weather Forecast

Strong westerly winds, chocked full of moisture will bring snow to Colorado’s mountains on Sunday. A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the Central Mountains, including the towns of Aspen, Snowmass, and Vail. Further down south the San Juan mountains will be under a Winter Storm Warning, where snowfall amounts of over a foot are possible by Sunday night. Strong dry westerly winds blasting down the Sangre de Cristo range will warm temperatures up into the upper 60s across the Southeast Plains. Pueblo could set a new record high temperature of 70! Mild weather returns on Monday before a big cool down for the rest of the week. High temperatures will drop back down into the upper 20s by Thursday.
