Survey: Chick-fil-A comes on top in customer service
Aside from their delicious chicken and famous lemonade, the fast-food chain Chick-fil-A has also gained the reputation of having phenomenal customer service.
According to a new survey from America’s Best Customer Service 2019, powered by Newsweek and Statista, Chick-fil-A came in first for the top fast-food restaurant chains, with a score of 9.11.
The survey sampled more than 20,000 U.S. customers who gave their opinion of several brands/restaurant chains. In total, almost 133,00 evaluations were collected.
In second place was Sonic Drive-In and Arby’s came in third.
When it comes to fast-casual restaurant chains, Firehouse Subs came in first with a top score of 8.75. And for doughnuts chains, the number one stop was taken by Krispy Kreme.
