Warming Trend Continues 1-31-2019
TONIGHT: Calm skies through the overnight with temperatures dropping into the upper teens and low twenties.
TOMORROW: Fair weather skies in the forecast through Friday with temperatures back in the mid-upper 50’s with some local mountain cities hovering in the upper 40’s. Some areas across the eastern plains could reach around 60°
EXTENDED FORECAST: Saturday stays dry with partly sunny skies. Winds increasing through afternoon hours with temperatures staying mild and above average in the 50’s across a majority of southern Colorado. Saturday evening we’ll see an increase in cold cover as our next system moves in from the west yielding higher snow chances for some our local mountain cities by Sunday afternoon. Some of these showers will likely spill over into places west of I-25 before clearing out. Highs that day will be much cooler, and we should feel some strong winds. Monday looks dry before better snow chances arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday also looks chilly and breezy.
