Ty Evans signs his letter of intent to play football at North Carolina State

The route was long and unorthodox but it doesn’t make the achievement any less sweet, especially next to his buddy Aidan Cullen, “I remember all those 6 A.M. workouts when we looked at each other and we were like geez I wish we were in bed right now. It’s kinda like, we worked hard together, side by side, we were grinding, and it paid off,” says Ty Evans.

In 14 days Evans takes off to join the Wolfpack, with one thing on his mind, “Laundry. I mean I can move, I can go wherever but I still need to learn to separate correctly. It doesn’t seem that hard but man it’s time consuming,” says Evans.

Assuming Evans can remember to separate the reds from the whites. The Wolfpack is getting a quarterback hungry to show he’s ready to play at the college level right now, “I was sitting there earlier in class watching an NC State hype video and I felt excited for the first time in a long time. Excited to go and compete for that job. I’m not going anywhere to be somebody’s back up. I know I have a lot to learn I know I have a lot to improve on but from day one I’m gonna go try to win that job,” says Evans
