Man wanted out of Fremont County captured in stolen vehicle, second man detained from vehicle

UPDATE: A man wanted out of Fremont County was located and arrested around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

According to a post from The Florence Police Department, Justin Morris, was captured after several departments around the area received a tip about his location.

When authorities found Morris, he was at the Jade Cafe driving a stolen vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident on warrants.

Another man, Kyle Delroy, was also located inside the vehicle and taken into custody. Delroy is currently pending charges.

Authorities are looking to locate a man wanted out of Fremont County.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office sent out an alert for Justin Morris Tuesday. He is wanted in connection to a felony escape warrant.

Morris has ties to both Fremont and Pueblo Counties.
