Chilly day ahead – 12/6/18

TODAY: A cold front will allow for increasing clouds and significantly cooler highs for your Thursday. The day will be partly sunny and temperatures only climb into the upper 20s to low 30s today.

TONIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy with lows in the teens and low 20s. Places in the mountains will be in the mid teens tonight.

EXTENDED: Snow chances move in for your Friday, but should mainly be contained to our mountain cities and places west toward the Continental Divide. Snow accumulation will be less than 1″ locally, with higher amounts in the central mountains. We clear out by Saturday and stay dry for the first part of the following week. Highs will be back in the 40s and 50s by next Tuesday and Wednesday.
