Mushroom Rally brings real life Mario Kart track to Colorado next April

There’s finally a chance to live out your Mario Kart dreams.

The Australia based company Mushroom Rally is bringing Nintendo’s beloved go-cart-style video game to real life in Colorado.

For one day next year in Denver, about 600 participants will be able to dress up as their favorite Super Mario characters and race around a custom-made track going up.

The course you’ll be racing on is still top secret, but it’ll be inspired by a course in the game.

What the company can promise is there will be mushrooms, bananas, and prizes for the winners.
