Police ask for help in finding stabbing suspect near downtown Colorado Springs
The Colorado Springs Police Department responded to Victoria Ridge Pt. by Fountain Blvd. Monday night in regards to an assault.
A resident in the area found a man suffering from a wound to his upper back. Shortly after officers arrived on the scene, they learned it was a stab wound.
The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital with a non-life threatening stab wound to his upper back.
The man could not give officers any specific details if he knew the suspect.
