Colorado Springs man’s vehicle stolen with infant inside
Colorado Springs police were called after a man had his vehicle stolen while an infant was buckled inside it Wednesday evening.
It happened at about 6 p.m. on Whittier Drive, just east of Academy Blvd by Airport Road. The owner left the vehicle running while he briefly went inside the home.
The vehicle was found about 10 minutes later just half a mile away, but police are still looking for the suspect, who is described as a man wearing a black sweatshirt.
The infant wasn’t harmed.
