Bitter Cold Tonight 11-12-18
TONIGHT: Clear skies and a fresh snow pack are allowing for bitter cold temps overnight. Lows drop to the teens and single digits with wind chill values well below zero for many.
TOMORROW: After a very cold start to the day, it won’t stick around long. Westerly winds and plenty of sunshine will bring highs to the 30s and 40s. While not warm, this will still be about 10-15 degrees warmer than Monday. Significant melting will continue.
EXTENDED: The rest of the week looks dry and quiet. Sunshine and a few clouds remain Tuesday through Friday. Highs warm back into the 40s and 50s, with areas out east reaching the low 60s. Changing conditions arrive for the weekend with temps dropping back to the 30s. There is also the chance for light snow developing on Saturday. We’ll keep you updated if the weekend system looks to become more significant.
